This policy explains what Tarkashila collects when you visit tarkashila.com or contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep tracking minimal by design: analytics stay off until you allow them, and we never capture your keystrokes, clipboard, or the contents of forms you do not send.

What we collect
Analytics (only with your consent). If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location (from IP, which Google truncates), device and browser type, and how you arrived. This runs under Google Consent Mode with storage denied by default, so no analytics cookies are set until you click Accept.
First-party attribution (only with your consent). On consent we load a first-party tracker from Audexity (audexity.com, operated by Vyoma AI Studios) that records which pages you viewed, your first-touch referrer and campaign parameters, and a random visitor identifier. It does not read your keystrokes, clipboard, autofill, or abandoned form fields, and it respects Global Privacy Control and Do-Not-Track.
Enquiries you send us. When you submit the contact form we receive the name, email address, and message you provide, along with basic context such as the page you sent it from. This is sent to our lead system (Audexity) so we can reply. If that fails, the form falls back to opening your email app so your message is never lost.

Your choices
Analytics and attribution are strictly opt-in. Decline and nothing but the essential consent record is stored. You can change your mind any time using the Cookies link in the footer. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do-Not-Track signal, we treat that as a decline automatically.
Legal bases
We rely on your consent for analytics and attribution, and on our legitimate interest in responding to you (and, where applicable, taking steps toward a contract) for enquiries you send. Where the India Digital Personal Data Protection Act, the EU/UK GDPR, or the Kenya and Tanzania data protection laws apply, we honour the rights they give you.
Sharing and transfers
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the processors that run these services: Google (analytics) and Audexity/Vyoma AI Studios (attribution and lead handling), plus our hosting provider. Some of these process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards.
Retention
Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer you and maintain our business records, then deleted. Your consent choice persists in your browser until you clear it or change it.
Your rights
